I work with people who struggle with procrastination and help them to follow through their goals. My productivity coaching package includes:
- root cause analysis of your procrastination
- goal setting support
- frequent check-ins to stick to your commitments
- accountability processes

Teacher Coaching
I coach teachers to take care of themselves while being there for their students. Through my work, teachers remember their own experiences as a student, identify hidden sources of trauma and shame from their earlier days and understand how it shows up in their teacher selves. My psychosocial work with teachers is heavily informed by the time I was a teacher myself as a Teach For India Fellow (2016-18). I’m also a Certified Trauma and Wellbeing Practitioner by Teach For All.
If you’re a teacher and are struggling to take care of yourself and the needs of your students, feel free to book a free consultation call with me here.

TESTIMONIALS
βAnju Joy had an incredible ability to remain articulate and calm through
all our conversations and she patiently helped us navigate through the
issues we were facing. She has the beautiful quality to attentively listen and create an environment of comfort where you can truly open up. I have genuine gratitude for this. Personally, she really helped me navigate through a lot of clutter around my thoughts as well as genuinely encouraged me to come up with solid solutions and interventions π β
βYou are listened to and encouraged to work on a solution, instead of
being asked to find one that doesn’t suit your classroom needs.β
βIf you’re a teacher and you’ve not got any problem kids in your class,
this program can still help you. You’ll figure out who you are as a teacher,
gain clarity about your intentions with your classroom and have a safe
space to talk about your very human issues as a teacher and person.β
βDo not give up and that this is a safe space to be heard and
acknowledged.β
βI believe that this would definitely be worth a try because at the least it
gives you an idea of where to start.β
